The “Fodder kitchen” is a product that provides the opportunity to create recipes and meal menus. It is connected to the Warehouse System of Ferma WEB.

The recipe has general data – recipe name , person in charge, date, peculiarity and total quantity. The ingredients are automatically linked to the fodder from the storage system and you do not need to re-enter them. If necessary, the name of the ingredient can be adjusted so that it is understandable for the people who work with the meal menu, and the unit price is taken automatically by the storage system. For each specific ingredient, percentages or kilograms of the total amount of the recipe are given. The program calculates an automatic quantity, a single price and a total cost of the recipe. The Fodder kitchen provides the flexibility to create Recipes (new, by correcting a previous one, by changing only single ingredient or ratio, etc.).

The menu is created based on a ready-made recipe. There is a recipe name, person in charge, date of preparation, peculiarity and produced/made quantity from the particular menu. The menu can be automatically saved in the warehouse as production or not (depending on the work organization in your farm). If it is production – it can be sold, put into follow-up menus or other production as a raw material and so on. If only Ferma WEB module is used, the menu does not need to be recorded as production, it is directly spend on the animal feeding and at this point it is automatically written  form the warehouse, generating the corresponding cost documents. When creating a menu, based on the recipe, all ingredients are displayed with their quantity, measure, unit price, and the operator only enters (manually or via electronic scale) the actual amount of ingredients in the particular menu. Small discrepancies between prescribed prescription values and actual amounts of the ingredients involved are often required. The Fodder kitchen allows you to reflect the actual condition/quantities by keeping a comparison with the original recipe for comparison. The program will automatically calculate the total amount, total cost and unit price of the menu. If in the meantime there is a change in the price of the item associated with the specified ingredient in the warehouse, the program will take the new, up-to-date price when making the menu.

The Fodder kitchen keeps references by recipes, menus, reference to all included in the menu ingredients with their names, quantities, prices and in which menus and recipes are used. You can filter or group by individual ingredients, menus, or other metric to see total prices or quantities of the selected item for the period. There is a PRINT button, which prints the selected recipe/menu and its ingredients.
