Ferma WEB is a specialized online software for documenting, planning and reporting the activities related to animals’ breeding. It is designed to facilitate your work and to save you time.

Ferma WEB provides you the possibility to create electronic dossier of each animal and to collect its’ complete information in one place. You will no longer need to go to the vet or to search in your notebooks when and what was the last immune prophylaxis, when and with what was the animal fertilized or what are the next planned events. Ferma WEB also allows tracking the daily activities (weighing, feeding, relocation between barns and boxes), you can report the received production and to have information about the cost-price of every animal. Now all that data can be in one place and you can work with it from your computer or tablet/phone. And that’s not all! To make your work even easier, we managed to design Ferma WEB in a way that it can be connected to different technological devices – RFID ear tags reader, electronic scales, milking halls, etc.

Ferma WEB allows:

  • Using one program for all types of animals;
  • Combining software and hardware – the program can be purchased together with our electronic devices – RFID ear tags readers and controllers;
  • Complete management of the processes in the farm with a possibility for choosing which processes to be tracked programmatically and which – not;
  • Choosing which activities to be recorded by online or offline connected devices and which – manually.

With Ferma WEB, everything is in one place:

  1. Personal Card
  • Identification numbers of the animal – ear tag, electronic chip, selection number;
  • Gender, species, breed and characteristics;
  • Parents and pedigree;
  • Stage of the life cycle; phases and states;
  • Physical location – relocation between barns/boxes; groups/herds; livestock farms.

  1. Veterinary Card
  • Diseases;
  • Immune prophylaxis;
  • Treatments and used medications.

  1. Life cycle and occurring events:
  • Oestrus and fertilization;
  • Insemination – when and from which male animal;
  • Pregnancies, procreation, etc.

  1. Routine activities:
  • Feeding – when, with what and how much; Link to Fodder kitchen;
  • Weighing; animals’ growth;
  • Sale; Purchase;
  • Scrapping; For slaughterhouse.

  1. Reporting the production of each animal and its’ indicators.
  • Milking – quantities, milk baths, milk indicators;
  • Meat production

  1. You have detailed reports with all the necessary information about the animals, which you can adjust to your wishes. You have a possibility to print reports and documents.

  1. There is an option Activity Calendar, with which you can easily plan and predict every manipulation, event, when it should occur. The program can generate AUTOMATIC LIST with animals/WORK PLAN or by chosen by you criteria to create MANUAL LIST/PLAN with a possibility for setting. Your staff only report the performing of an action on already created LIST/WORK PLAN, by simply marking the chosen animal. There is no risk of forgetting certain manipulations, of mistaking animals. Also, the work becomes easier as well as the control over the staff.

  1. We have developed variations, which take into account the specific differences in different animals’ species breeding. The different methods of working in farms for milk and meat production are also complied with.

Ferma WEB is developed in a manner to facilitate your work by connecting it to Warehouse – materials (for automatic calculating of cost-price), with specialized software SCALE, with electronic livestock scale and/or the Bulgarian RFID ear tags reader. The usage of the online reader allows you to receive information about the condition and actions/dossier of the checked animal immediately, in real time.

A special variation of the software had been developed – Ferma Selections. It helps the farmers for easier systematization and tracking information in associations of livestock farmers, where more specific attention is paid to the pedigree, the exterior indicators and all specific particularities of the breed of each animal under selection.
