The product Ferma WEB "Milking" allows the farmers to track and reflect data from everyday recurring activities such as animals’ milking. The information can be entered in the program daily or for a certain period, for each milked animal or for group/herd.

The farmers use nomenclatures for milk bath/tank, where the milk yield is reflected, person in charge, who has to monitor the milking and the initial quantity (if necessary). This data is needed to facilitate users, who can track each milking in a chronological order. Records can be created daily or at regular intervals – periodically. There is an option for reporting for how many days (for what period of time) is the relevant milking report about. When finishing the entering process of the data about the certain day/period, the program generates a document – act for the milk yield with the relevant number and date.

An automatic connection with module “Warehouse – materials” allows a direct reflecting of the milk yield (automatically) as own production. On the base of the milk yield and the prices, the program calculates the cost of the received production, which allows defining the direct revenue. The data is entered once and the accounting and farm specialists can see the information they need in a way it is intended for their activity. There is no need from re-entering the data, no risk of duplication, missed data or technical errors.

If you also have module “Warehouse – materials”, you are able to enter and track the milk QUALITY indicators. You choose the relevant norms (minimal and maximum limit values) for each of the milk quality indicators. The program tracks if there are any divergences and deviations from the previously chosen norms.

Ferma WEB “Milking” synthesises the entered information and presents it to the user in a summarized and detailed form, in the form of different types of references. The correct entry of the milk production data allows farmers to get a clear picture of what is happening with their production at any given time. The program has quick and convenient references with information about how the milk yield has changed in chronological order.
