Frequent counting or accomplishing an inventory of farmed animals is an important milestone in the operation of each farm. The economic benefit and the final result are directly influenced by both “quality” and the quantity of the livestock.
Ferma WEB, at any time, can provide information about the animals available on a current date by groups/herds, livestock farms, growth phases or physiological states. Since the digital identifier (chip number and/or ear tag number) has been formally established, the counting with Ferma WEB “Inventory” is based on these numbers. It is established, respectively, which animals are available or not in the farm/herd. The frequency of the inventory depends on a variety of factors and specifics of the particular farm. It is specially imperative when animals are grown on a “pastoral principle”, in which case the Bulgarian RFID reader is particularly useful, because it can connect to the program and, when enclosed to the ear tag, it transfers the data automatically online (in real time). It makes it easier for you to define if that animal belongs to the certain group/ herd/ barn/ pasture/ farm.
Ferma WEB is able to support this process without any problems and you can always trace back and report the state to a specific date. The digital identifier determines exactly which animals are available or missing at the set date/moment. This option can be used on its own or by pre-generated plan/list.
