“Ferma WEB Base module” gives the opportunity to reflect the basic information of all farmed animals in one place, creating a PERSONAL CARD / DOSSIER of the animal. The purpose of the software product is to help with the organization of the activity, to save time and minimize the risk of losing important animals’ information/data.

With “Ferma WEB Base module” each registered animal is identified with an unique ear tag number, selection number and an additional number; you can track its gender, breed, type (from the official Nomenclature of the dossier), date of birth, age, parents; growth phases, physiological state and respectively the group/herd, in which it is, as well as its’ physical location – the barn/pasture.

When changing the relevant identifier, the system reflects this event, which can then be followed by a history of the relevant mark – a date, why it was imposed, the person in charge, etc.

By creating a PERSONAL CARD/DOSSIER of each of your animals, you have the possibility to enter the accompanying information for it’s acquisition in the farm, whether it is purchased or it is of your own.

With “Ferma WEB Base module” you can reflect animals’ BIRTHS in the farm – gender, weight, temporary identification numbers, internal pedigree – the mother and father (if it is from own herd) of the born animal, date of birth, vet, peculiarities and notes.

You can monitoring, which group/herd the relevant animal is located. You can set a maximum number of animals per group. Tracking cattle movements between the separate groups/herds as well as their relocations between barns and bases.

Keeps track of the life phases and physiological states, the animals’ transition between them, according to the age range or animal growth. The system reflects and tracks the entire life cycle.

Reflects the sale of animals, scrapped animals and animals for slaughterhouses and relevant accompanying process information.

For all events occurring with the animal, there is a detailed Chronology – dating of all records.

The program AUTOMATICALLY generates various types of reports, based on animals’ details, as well as options for filtering, grouping and ordering of the reports, summary information and summary rows, printing, etc.
